Is my health data private?
Your weight, doses and side effects stay on your device and in your own private iCloud. Benetos never sees them, and they are never sold or shared. The one exception: during first setup the app records which setup screens you saw, so confusing ones can be fixed. That record holds no health data, no name and no email, only a random code.
Which medications does Althea support?
All the major GLP-1 medications, including Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Rybelsus®, Saxenda®, Trulicity®, Victoza® and Retatrutide: more than 16 drugs with dosing schedules and titration steps.
Does Althea support compounded GLP-1s?
Yes. Alongside brand-name drugs, Althea supports compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with custom strengths and schedules. You set the dose and Althea handles the rest.

The yearly plan starts with 7 days free, with no charge until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you will not be charged. Billing is handled by Apple.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Any time, in Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes, if you want it to. Althea can sync your weight with Apple Health and read steps, sleep and heart rate to show alongside your journey.
